HOW DO RETURNS WORK?
LaMatilde offers returns or exchange of products on faulty orders. We are pleased to accept timely returns of new and unused products within fourteen (14) days from the date you received your order. Returns can be refunded as LaMatilde Credit Store when applicable. Your products must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, bags, and other signature packaging materials, including LaMatilde’s tags. Any returned products which are damaged, do not include the packaging materials, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and will be returned to you. Refunds or credits will not be processed until the items are returned and inspected by LaMatilde.
DO YOU OFFER SIZE EXCHANGE?
Size Exchange Merchandise is accepted for exchange if returned in salable condition within 14 days of receiving the order. All shipping cost of the products shall be covered by the client. We do request that you contact us at email@example.com regarding such exchange. Returns may be sent to the address below:

I RECEIVED A DAMAGE ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If a product is received damaged or has a manufacturing fault please contact us within three (3) days of receiving the order. Items that become damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. LaMatilde will determine, in its sole judgment and discretion, whether the damage is as a result of normal wear and tear or some other reason. Damaged or faulty products will be replaced* or repaired when possible and subject to availability. When possible we will offer to repair the faulty item. If a product cannot be replaced or repaired, you are entitled to LaMatilde Credit Store for the same amount spend on the damage product within a twelve (12) month period.**

HOW DO LATE RETURNS WORK?
Any product returned outside of the fourteen (14) days return policy is at the discretion of LaMatilde, and may not be accepted.
CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM?
Sale products are not eligible for returns or exchange. This will be noted in the Product Details.
HOW DO REFUNDS WORK?
In case the client request for a refund, the charges for shipping, taxes, return shipping, and any extra charge made, will be deducted from the total amount of the order. The refund will be for store credit only.
LaMatilde reserves the right to cancel any missing pieces on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion.
